Snowy Holidays

There’s nothing like gently falling snow on a quiet night to help set the stage for the holidays, at least for those of us who live in parts of the northern hemisphere. The December holidays and snow seem to go hand in hand. So to add to the festiveness of the season, I’m sharing a few photos and quotes about snow.

I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields that it kisses them so gently? And it covers them up snug, you know, with a white quilt; and perhaps it says, ‘go to sleep my darlings, till the summer comes again.’ Lewis Carroll

Whether you celebrate Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, the winter solstice, or some other holiday, I hope it’s a happy one filled with love, peace, joy, family and friends.

Happy Holidays!
