One of my favorite quotes about travel is from Around the World on an Empty Stomach by Anthony Bourdain. “Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves marks on your memory, on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.”

I like Anthony Bourdain. I can see him now walking on the Tonight show with that captivating smile. I don’t think many Emmy award winning chefs every crossed that threshold. You were a breath of fresh air my good man! 🙂
