That’s very true and you have a lovely collection of them here. Maggie

Maria Montessori definitely had that right! Lovely pictures to illustrate her point, too.

Oh, I do so agree with the quote and just love that first photo – funny, my current views here in country Australia, close to Sydney, most resemble your final picture . . . but I personally love to walk along forest paths looking like your beautiful calm, serene, comfortable first one . . . to each etc . . .

Interestingly, I took the first photo on Green Island in Australia. The last one was taken in Utah. You’re fortunate to have a similar view! Thanks for commenting.

I agree that the richness and complexity of a natural environment, with its sensory details and interconnectedness of life, cannot be fully captured or communicated through descriptions or images in books. Nevertheless, I very much enjoyed your beautifully captured photos. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day 🙂 Aiva xx

That’s true! When I look at pictures of trees, I hear no bird songs! Beautiful tree pictures in your post, Tricia.

What a lovely quote. It’s so true, feeling the warmth (or cold, but I’m imagining a rainforest) on your skin, the rustle of leaves, the bird song and insect chatter. Nothing beats that in real life.
