So true, often the familiar things become boring. A visitor comes to our neighborhood and is a amazed.

Love the quote and the photo. Our French home is about 30 minutes from Carcassonne and yesterday we drove to the airport to pick up a friend. En route, I commented to my husband that every time I see the Citadel it still takes my breath away!

How lucky! We saw it for the first time this past weekend and it’s pretty amazing. I feel the same way about Le Mont Saint Michel which is about one hour from our home.
