  1. I enjoyed reading Terry’s post and read a few others, he is good and I love the humor he interjects.

Did you know that Bergen is Seattles sister city? I took the train from Oslo to Bergen and thought it was a lovely place. That encounter with the wait staff and the chef sounds like a memory to treasure.

  2. Bergen, a picturesque coastal city in Norway, is known for its natural beauty, historic architecture, and cultural heritage, but it’s always possible that new events, customs, or initiatives have emerged in the city since my last update. If you’re interested in learning more about the “Gift of Surprise” in Bergen, I recommend checking local news sources, tourism websites, or contacting local authorities or organizations in Bergen for the most up-to-date and accurate information.

  3. Hmm, I really like bubbles … but not so much caviar and oysters. I’ve tried both, but to me it’s a strange taste. I think I like my food a little more cooked 😉. But what a wonderful treat by the restaurant staff – and I have to admit everything is beautifully presented.
