Your quotes always open my eyes to new understandings of why we travel, and a great photo makes it complete.

My wife has family up there, and I remember going ot a wedding and having a lovely meal in the Casino. A lovely part of France!

Nice! It’s only about 90 minutes from our home, so we’ve visited several times. BTW, I thoroughly enjoyed your post on spring. I left a comment but sometimes they get lost in cyberspace.

Technology is a wonderful thing when it works. Maybe we trust it too much. Or even pretend that it’s intelligent… Maybe…

I have collided with the earth often in our travels, but sometimes that’s the best part 🙂 Maggie

Great photo and a wonderful quote. We had a chance to explore the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel many years ago, but never made it to Granville. It looks like one of those places that are perfect for strolling through the cobbled streets, lazing on the huge beaches, and eating ice creams with sand between your toes! Thanks for sharing, and have a wonderful day. It’s finally nice and sunny in Sligo 🙂 Aiva xx

Thanks Jo. Granville is in Normandie. It’s a lovely town with a charming medieval section.

Another true quote. Oh, and I love the beautiful clouds in your photo – they look like balls of candy floss.
