Your photo is beautiful, and I love that quote. It makes me think that one should not dwell on yesterday’s things but rather focus on what lies ahead.

Agreed; looking ahead is better than focusing on the past. Thanks so much for your comment!

Jack Kerouac. An iconic quote, Tricia, and perfect for your picture.

Utah does have some pretty awesome road trips 🙂 The last time I was in Canyonlands my daughter was real little and feel asleep just as we pulled into the park. So all I’ve really seen of it was a short drive thru while she slept. One of these days, I’ll go and really see it

That’s one of my favourite quotes from one of my all-time favourite books.
I love how it signifies a focus on the future and the journey ahead, while letting go of the past and how it embodies a sense of freedom, new beginnings, and the pursuit of experience and self-discovery. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day 🙂 I hope your summer is going well.
I just finished watching the TV series “Grimm”, which was primarily filmed in and around Portland, Oregon. Along the way, while eagerly watching its six seasons and seeing many beautiful views of downtown Portland and the surrounding areas, the city grew on me, and now I want to visit. Have you seen it? If I ever end up in your neck of the woods, I’ll get in touch.
Love, Aiva xx

I’m so glad you love it as well. As always, I always appreciate your thoughtful comments.
We have not seen Grimm, but will look for it. It would be wonderful to meet you in person if you visit. We’d love to be your tour guides. Thanks for reaching out, and I hope you have a lovely day!
