Terry’s post this morning echoes my sentiments, but you can’t take a shot like this without being on a boat. Just, for me, not a cruise ship xx

Mine too. We were on a very small speed boat that took us to some very interesting places; absolutely not a cruise ship. More on that in a few weeks. Thanks, Jo!

That it does. A fitting quote and a wonderful photo to match, Tricia.

Our driver said something along the lines of Montenegro is the most mountainous country in Europe, not ure how that works but lots of mountains for sure.

Such a huggy mountain sheltering the place from the nasties of the world . . .

Perast is so dreamy, and that Zambra line fits the mood of the Bay of Kotor perfectly ā secluded and mysterious is exactly right. The way the mountain wraps protectively around the town is stunning. Montenegro keeps creeping higher on our family map; my kids would lose their minds over a little boat ride out across that water.

It truly is a spectacular place, but unfortunately, and I love your description; perfect. However, Kotor is overrun with tourists, which was disappointing. Iāll be sharing more about it in the coming weeks. Thanks for stopping by!
